  Troubleshooting DID NOT RECEIVE LINK
Please make sure to check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. Emails can often be automatically placed in those folders. Some servers or email programs have "Whitelist", "Safe", or "Allow" lists. You can add admin@bcfministries.org to these lists.
In some programs like Gmail, you can add admin@bcfministries.org to your list of contacts, and you should be able to receive emails from us.

WHERE DID MY FILE GO?
To download any of the ZIP or PDF files:
For Windows, right-click on the link and choose "Save Target As..." Then choose a place on your computer's harddrive where you would like to save.

For Mac, you can right-click and select "Download Linked File As..." or you can click the link and it will automatically go to your "Downloads" folder.

Before you click save, please pay special attention to where the file is being saved and what the file is named.

CANNOT OPEN ZIP FILE
Please make sure you have a program on your computer to open ZIP files. If you do not have one, you can download free ones at the links below:

CANNOT OPEN PDF FILES
Sometimes when "unzipping" (uncompressing) a ZIP file, a computer can add extra files. These files begin with "._" and are not actual files that were included with your download. Please either ignore or delete these files.

PDF files should be compatible on all computers and mobile devices, provided the PDF reading software is up-to-date. Please make sure you have a program equivalent to at least Acrobat Reader 5.

If you have any problems, please feel free to email or call the BCF office.
