Please make sure to check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. Emails can often be automatically placed in those folders. Some servers or email programs have "Whitelist", "Safe", or "Allow" lists. You can add firstname.lastname@example.org to these lists.
In some programs like Gmail, you can add email@example.com to your list of contacts, and you should be able to receive emails from us.
WHERE DID MY FILE GO?
Before you click save, please pay special attention to where the file is being saved and what the file is named.
CANNOT OPEN ZIP FILE
Please make sure you have a program on your computer to open ZIP files. If you do not have one, you can download free ones at the links below:
